If I order, how long will it take for you to send my order?
We say it takes 7 days. This is to cover ourselves over our busy periods. We tend to try and get everything out as soon as possible. Say if you order 4 t-shirts and we have them all in stock then they would be sent out quicker then let's say 20 t-shirts that we after order in.
What are your postage costs?
We offer FREE postage on all items sent to UK Mainland.
Email or phone us for a price on shipping outside the UK.
Can I use Paypal to pay?
Yes. You can pay through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you will be asked for your payment details. None of your payment details are shared with us apart from the amount paid and postal information.
I don't have a paypal account can I still pay online?
Yes you can still pay online by all major credit or debit cards. When you get to the screen where it gives you the option to sign in or sign up for a paypal account, look to the left hand side of the screen and you will see:

What's an affiliate?
We promote our Affiliate partners on our site because we believe there products and services can be beneficial to our customers. The company we promote are responsible for the product or service; they process payments and ships the goods. We are there shop window and they are the shop keepers. Can I order over the phone?

Why, when I phone doe's somebody answer with, Hello Paul Everett Print and Design?
Paul Everett Print and design is the name of our company and personalised shirts is part of this company. Personalised Shirts is the t-shirt side to the company.
I'm not sure if my order went through? How can I find out if it did?
You should receive a confirmation email from us soon after ordering. If you didn't get one then chances are your spam filters are blocking our email, check in your junk folder to see if it's there.
If you are not sure if your order has processed properly please by email or telephone and we will help you out.
I have not received my order. Where is it?
If you have not received you order by 3pm on the agreed delivery date then contact us immediately on 01274 638400.
What size are we?
We haven't got a clue! Have a look at what you normally wear and go from there. The fitted t-shirts are what they say, so please be aware of this when ordering. If the t-shirts are a one off I would always be prepared to go for a larger size, just so I know that I can at least get it on. You can mix and match the standard t-shirts, fitted tees and comfy tees but they vary in price and on the coloured item's the colours may not match.
If you don’t know what size you are, then you’ll need a tape measure. Measure from under arm to under arm across your chest, then multiply by two. That’s your chest measurement. We can offer further assistance but remember we can not see you or your friends so we may not be much use. Check the size chart.

I don't have a credit or debit card. Can I send an order in the post/mail?
Yes, drop us an email or phone us and we shall get you an exact price and then fill in our order form and print out, or write all you details down and post along with your cheque to the address below:
